At BY FAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original BY FAR dust bags and box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached to avoid a restocking fee.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
